Maree prides herself on attention to detail alongside her professionalism, dedication, and genuine love for assisting others. She thrives on the challenges of working with diverse individuals and values the relationships she has cultivated.
Medicine has been Maree’s passion for the past 35 years. She started her career as a Radiographer/Sonographer, dedicating 20 years to this field. During her tenure, Maree had the privilege of sharing her expertise by teaching part-time as a Lecturer and Tutor at the University of Sydney.
In 2009, she decided to transition into General Practice after years in the Medical Radiation sector. For twelve years, Maree served as the Practice Manager of a General Practice in the Blue Mountains, nurturing a safe and compassionate environment for patients.
Following the sale of the practice in 2021, she worked with local practices to enhance their operational efficiency post-Covid-19, focusing on practice management strategy, employment initiatives, staff retention, and financial planning.
This experience propelled Maree into remote practice management, where she has successfully overseen the Accreditation of numerous practices, staying abreast of evolving General Practice Standards.
Maree possesses in-depth knowledge of essential tools such as Best Practice, AutoMed, HotDoc, Cubiko, Practice Hub, and Xero.
